Fabrika is not just a restaurant, it’s where memories are made. The original Madera, a beloved local favourite in Canley Heights during the late 90s and early 00s, inspired us. Fabrika continues the legacy of Tata, combining modern and cheeky vibes with the warmth and hospitality of traditional dining. Our menu travels through the Balkan and Mediterranean regions, combining flavours from the Romans to the Ottomans, showcasing a rich mix of cultural influences.

It also offers a variety to suit all tastebuds, allowing diners to explore the best Balkan and Mediterranean cuisines, from mountain dishes to coastal flavours. The beautiful owner and waiters really cared and you could feel it. They listened, gave advices on the menu, checked up on us during and after our meals. Thank you for having us. However when we booked we specifically wanted to stay for the music, only booking available was the early one at 6.30. You have 2 hour sitting and then if you want to stay for music you have to stand or go to the bar which is a bit disappointing as the place is small and gets pretty packed. Music was supposed to start at 8 and we were hopeful we get at least a bit of it, however it didn’t start till 8.30 which was disappointing we needed to leave. Hoping to book a later time next time to enjoy the music. Otherwise the food made you feel like you were in the balkans.
