Reservations & Dining

 

Online Reservations

  • A confirmation email or SMS will be sent upon successful booking.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance, private events).

Event Bookings (Private Functions, Weddings, Corporate Events)

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.
  • Final guest count and menu selections must be confirmed in advance.
  • Cancellations must be made within the agreed timeframe to avoid penalties.

No-Shows & Late Arrivals

  • Failure to arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time may result in cancellation.
  • Repeated no-shows may lead to restrictions on future bookings.

Food & Beverage Orders

 

Pricing & Menu Changes

  • Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Seasonal or promotional dishes may have limited availability.

Takeaway & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
  • Refunds or replacements for incorrect orders must be requested promptly.

Alcohol Policy

  • Beverages are charged based on actual consumption in addition to any set menu costs.
  • Guests may open either a single shared bar tab or multiple individual tabs.
  • Spending limits may be set for each tab at your discretion.
  • Costs can be split among designated guests if desired.
  • The beverage selection can be tailored to your event’s preferences.
  • Special drink packages are available upon request (subject to advance notice).
  • For seamless service, guests must remain seated during the event.
  • Our staff will handle all drink orders exclusively to ensure proper service flow.
  • Our team will manage all beverage service to maintain an enjoyable, uninterrupted experience for all attendees.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse service in compliance with liquor licensing regulations.

Private Events & Catering

  • A signed contract and deposit may be required to confirm bookings.
  • Final guest counts and menu selections must be provided in advance.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellations occur within a specified period.

External Vendors

Note: To secure your booking, we require a 20% deposit (with a surcharge for card payments).
