Nice vibe, music, layout and the staff were lovely, although dishes weren’t anything special… tried some starters and the Balkan grill plate. Starters were very basic, and Balkan grill plate fairly pricey for what was offered. Definitely lacking some sort of authentic feel/flavour, cepavi ok, rest of the meats were tough and chewy. Unsure if Id come back to dine in

I would recommend coming with at least a small group of people 3-6 to share a couple of different dishes to experience variety. Don’t get the typical western dishes of pasta and pizza.

Honestly cannot fault this place! You guys have made our night with the birthday celebration and catering for our group of girls! We had a wonderful Father’s Day lunch at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish we ordered exceeding our expectations. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure we had everything we needed. The ambiance was also perfect, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made our day even more special. Highly recommend this place for a great dining experience!

I heard about Fabrika on the social media so we drove from the Northern beaches for a birthday dinner. We loved everything about this place. It wasn’t easy to choose what to eat, as they got two full pages: from pizzas, pastas, fish to meat dishes… Also we loved the big choice of different rakijas which is a must try if you didn’t have them before. Food was delicious, especially Sarma ( cabbage rolls with meat) and from desserts I loved Koh (semolina sponge cake). Our waitress Marija was fabulous. We arrived for early dinner and by the time we were leaving place got packed with people. No wonder I think. People from Balkan are renowned for their hospitality to guests and food from that region is a must try.

We had dinner here with our two little girls on Saturday night and we loved the food, staff and atmosphere here ❤️❤️ food was fresh & delicious, we enjoyed everything we had.
Staff were absolutely beautiful, so friendly, always had a smile & nothing was too hard & so helpful.the team really made our night.
Atmosphere was so trendy and gorgeous. Definitely what we’d normally travel to the city for.
This is our new local favourite since moving into the area.

Overall a good dining experience. A little expensive for the portion size but we were full at the end. Gnocchi would’ve been better if there was actually decent pieces of chicken and not smalls cubes.
Great service from the team and a great option for a nicer night out in the area.
