A menu worth celebrating

Our menu is made for sharing and full of bold Balkan flavours. Think grilled meats, fresh salads, hearty mains and cocktails that hit the spot. Gluten-free? Vegan? No problem, we’ve got options for everyone.

Give the gift of good times

Not sure what to get the birthday person? A Fabrika gift card is always a win. Perfect for foodies, entertainers, and anyone who loves a night out done right.

Venue Hire for Birthday Parties

We’re not a hall with folding chairs. We’re not a function room with sad food. Fabrika is a space with soul, made for music, dancing, feasting and proper connection.

You can decorate, play your own music, or let us set the tone. We even have live music nights if you’re after an atmosphere with energy.

If you’re looking for the best restaurants for large groups, Fabrika fits the bill. You’ll feel like the whole venue is yours, because it can be.

Make It Personal, Make It Yours

We’re all about memorable moments, whether it’s a 30th, 40th, 50th or “just because.” From custom menus to cocktail toasts and playlists that feel like you, we’ll help you build the kind of celebration that actually means something.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Food was absolutely amazing, the staff are friendly. However when we booked we specifically wanted to stay for the music, only booking available was the early one at 6.30. You have 2 hour sitting and then if you want to stay for music you have to stand or go to the bar which is a bit disappointing as the place is small and gets pretty packed. Music was supposed to start at 8 and we were hopeful we get at least a bit of it, however it didn’t start till 8.30 which was disappointing we needed to leave. Hoping to book a later time next time to enjoy the music. Otherwise the food made you feel like you were in the balkans.
